Natto and Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

This vinaigrette features an unexpected combination—the rich acidity of balsamic vinegar pairs surprisingly well with natto. While I call it a “vinaigrette,” it’s more like a savory sauce. Pour it over your favorite vegetables or anything else you enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 40grams (1.5oz) Boston Natto
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ Tsp Honey
  • Salt as you need

Methods

  1. Chop the natto as finely as possible and place it in a bowl.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl and mix well until fully combined.
  3. Pour the mixture over your favorite vegetables.
  4. This also makes a great dipping sauce for veggie sticks, crackers, pita bread, and more!
