Refund Policy

Aya’s Culture Kitchen is committed to delighting our customers with authentic and high-quality culinary experiences. We understand that satisfaction can vary, and we want to ensure a fair resolution in every situation.

Perishable Products:
Our food products, being perishable, are not eligible for returns. In cases where items are delivered in a damaged or compromised condition, we offer replacements or refunds. Please report such issues within 14 days of delivery for appropriate resolution.

If you encounter any issues after opening a product, reach out to us directly. While we cannot refund for natural changes in the product’s taste or appearance due to its inherent qualities, we do offer a replacement, a full credit for future purchases, or a 50% refund via the original payment method in cases of genuine product faults.

Non-Perishable Items:
For non-perishable merchandise (such as our natto plush), we accept returns for a full refund or store credit, provided the items are returned in their original, unused condition. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of purchase. The refund will be processed upon the receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
